HOW YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK:

You’ll be booking flights, hotels, car hire, and all other travel ancillaries for a niche clientele who look to use your expertise and knowledge.
You’re the first point of call for your clients when they need you, offering an unparalleled level of service.
You’ll feel pride when you make your travellers feel safe and secure just by being a reassuring voice at the end of the phone.
Being part of a team of Business Travel Consultants on a mixed account desk and using a range of special fares to create comprehensive travel plans

WHAT’S THE DEAL?

Part time opportunity working from home (23.5 hours per week)- the essential days are Thursday & Friday with the remaining day to be Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday. Two shift times to choose from.
This role is a fully remote (UK) position but if you’re local to Manchester, there may also be an opportunity to do some days from the office if you prefer
You’ll be working for a communicative, inclusive company who offer an opportunity to work with some lovely clients in a niche sector

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

GDS competency – Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
Business Travel reservations experience
Fantastic geographical knowledge and experience in arranging complex travel itineraries
A passion for the travel industry
A welcoming, professional and compassionate telephone manner
Accuracy and pride in everything you do
