The role of Team Leader sits within the Group Air team and will work in conjunction with the Senior Managers of the department. Primarily a people management role, it’s perfect for someone who loves getting the best out of their team and recognises everyone in it as individuals (and treats them accordingly!) There’s no micro management here, you’ll be given the tools you need to empower your team, to guide and support them from a position of trust and respect.

Who will the Team Leader role suit?

This position is ideal for you if you’re a current Lead Agent or Team Leader within a Business Travel capacity
You’ll need to have great knowledge of a GDS (air) as although this role only requires you to have operational duties on a limited basis, you’ll need to be on hand to guide the team with your experience.
You’ll be happy to work 3 days a week in the London office and 2 from home (Mondays are required in the office as one of the days)
Displaying inspirational and positive vibes, you’ll be a pillar of support for your team.
A strong people manager, you’ll be able to chat to us about your leadership style and share examples of different scenarios surrounding the people you’ve managed
