Trainee Travel Consultant – South West London

We’re recruiting for a Trainee Travel Consultant – an ideal opportunity for someone with a natural flair for sales and a love of travel to combine their passions!

For the first 6 months you’ll be working closely with your Manager, learning how the world of luxury group travel works. This will include learning systems, travel terminology, how to book travel, creating relationships with clients and honing the craft of pitching for new business that will  become your own portfolio of clients. 

Working in their office HQ, you’ll join a team of people who are sales driven and customer centric.  They work within the 5* travel market so you’ll need to be personable, professional and comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals.

You’ll be given all the support you need to turn you in to a fully fledged group travel consultant but the real work must come from you!

Trainee Travel Consultant – what we’re looking for:

• A passion for sales and travel – you mustn’t be afraid to pick up the phone and chat to people!
• You’ll be motivated, pro-active and enjoy being in a newly established team.
• You’ll enjoy sales and be a natural at converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Experience working within a sales/business development/target driven environment would be great
• A real team player who is keen to build a career with a company that offers brilliant benefits, personal and professional development and uncapped commission.
• Someone who’s able to be office based, Monday-Friday.
• An aptitude for learning, clear communication skills and a personable nature.
