We’re looking for a superbly organised Event Manager to grow an events division within a successful business travel company.

Our client has long established corporate clients currently booking there business travel arrangements and are getting more and more enquiries for events and conferences in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

The successful individual will have previous worldwide corporate events experience, be happy to grow and develop clients, grow a team and lead a successful events division.

This is a role you can mould and make your own with your own passion, drive, experience and professionalism.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

The position of Event Manager is going to be a busy one! You’ll be adept at handling numerous projects at the same time for small – medium sized groups who are travelling for various business reasons.

Reaching out to the corporate clients and introducing them to the Events side of the business offering the MICE service.

Managing budgets for clients

Your excellent people skills will really come in to play as you negotiate with suppliers, handle your clients requests with expertise, manage expectations and ensure everyone adheres to deadlines.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF YOURS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Managerial skills

A proven track record of delivering Events in the UK and Overseas

The ability to forge and maintain client and supplier relationships quickly and effectively

A positive outlook on the future of Events and Travel

Creativity and confidence in making suggestions to your clients

Experience in handling multiple small events/meetings at the same time effectively and with precision!

A degree in event management would be preferred but not essential

This is a full time office based role based in West London.
