Business Travel Consultant – Marine, Energy and Offshore

Are you a Business Travel Consultant who enjoys working with clients that have more complex travel needs?

We’re working with a fantastic travel management company that’s looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants to join them to help handle their Energy, Resource and Marine clientele.

You’ll be managing everything from straightforward bookings to those that require you to be adept at making things happen, even when the odds are against you!

Energy, Resource and Marine clients are high touch, ever changing and can be complicated but it will certainly make your days interesting and keep your skills sharp!

The role is fully remote and you can be based anywhere in the UK from the comfort of your own home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Booking worldwide flights, hotels, rail and car hire
• Managing complex itineraries and last-minute changes
• Providing expert travel advice and support
• Being the first point of contact for travel queries for your clients
• Delivering a high level of customer service in a busy environment

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in Business Travel, ideally working within the Energy, Resource or Marine sectors.
• Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)
• Good fares and ticketing knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• A calm approach when things don’t go to plan
• A genuine passion for looking after your clients
