The position we’re recruiting for is an Account Manager.

Ensuring that your clients needs are not only heard, but understood and acted upon is the crux of your job, maintaining a superior level of service that they’ll find hard to beat elsewhere.


Your role of Account Manager is to form a long lasting, consultative and transparent relationship with your portfolio of high value corporate companies.

  • You’ll understand your clients travel needs inside out, be able to prioritise ever changing situations and have a razor sharp focus on their strategic goals.
  • As a naturally inquisitive and analytical person, you’ll always be looking at ways to guide, advise and develop client focused solutions in response to their travel programme.
  • You’ll identify opportunities, sell and implement services offered by your company that would be beneficial to your client.
  • You’ll strengthen your relationships with your clients at every touch point, with every member of the business, ensuring you represent their needs now yet understand and work towards the future all the time.
  • You’ll deliver strategic Business Plans, conduct ongoing reviews of performance, drive service delivery and establish yourself as thought leader in their eyes, always one step ahead of the curve.

We’re looking to speak to client focused, commercially astute Account Managers from the Corporate Travel field.

We want to talk to you about your experience in:

  • Working in a consultative Account Management style where you handled your own portfolio of clients
  • Driving results, setting objectives, maximising resources and decision making
  • Presenting with your innovative, engaging and proactive nature 
  • Providing strategic reviews of customer performance
  • Successfully guiding and retaining clients through re-tender situations
